For better social protection of young employees of the Company under the age of 35, as well as training and continuity of personnel in Yakut Fuel and Energy Company, we have developed a set of measures for young professionals management. At the very beginning, YATEC JSC offers a graduate of a university or technical school without qualification a decent salary. In addition, each early professional is paid a relocation allowance at the rate of two monthly wages from the Company’s funds. Those employees, who return to YATEC from the military service in the Armed Forces of the RF within a three-month period after discharge, receive a one-time material aid at the rate of two monthly wages (salaries).
